Along with the spring breeze of reform, China had achieved economic growth. Bea member of WTO helped China walk to word stage and become an indispensableforce in the world economy. But economic development had also led to increasinglyprominent social problems, for example, environmental issues, consumer protectionissues, product quality problems. From then on, corporate social responsibility hadbegun to arouse strong concern in China. At the same time, International NGOs cameto China along with the tide of economic globalization. Because of its unique strengths,it had become an important force to promote the development of CSR in China.Because of the particularity of the situation of China, International NGOs were facingchallenges while they got opportunities.This paper will study on corporate social responsibility in China from the view ofInternational NGO, and also will have a survey on the well-known International NGO–V. It will analyze the background and the causes that it came to China. It will alsointroduce the content of their job and the problems that it is facing. At the end, it willsummarize V’s successful experiences, and give solutions from three different levels.Other NGOs in China will learn a lot in this paper, and promote the development ofcorporate social responsibility in China together.
