The Location Of Logistics Distribution Centers Under Electronic Commerce

E-Commerce is a new trend and fashion to trade based on opening Internet environment and C/S operation mode. It provides necessary infrastructures, trade methods, security authentications and logistics distribution. During the few years, with the springing up of E-Commerce, logistics is developing quickly in China. Logistics business and logistics system are becoming the hot spots in Chinese economy. As a bottleneck of electronic commerce, logistics distribution seems more and more obviously restricting the development of electronic commerce. In logistics distribution system, distribution center is becoming the symbol of modern logistics, and effect the expense, efficiency and development of the entire logistics distribution system. Once the place of the distribution center confirms, it will not alter in long time. This means if the place of distribution center is confirmed unreasonably, reselect and build the center will spend such large expenses of regular facilities as the warehouse and so on. And it will take too much if not to reselect the center, that will enable being worthy of sending goods to every site for a long time, because of the unnecessary waste. Therefore, whether the location of the distribution center is rational will influence the benefit of the logistic distribution center or even the whole logistic system.Under the environment of e-commerce, this paper uses the theory of system engineering and combines some methods of operations research to solve the location problem.1. This study establishes the logistics distribution center location model under electronics commerce and modifies alternative expenses and time-restricting conditions of logistics distribution center location model according to the specific feature of model under electronics commerce.4. The solution for the model of logistics distribution centers location. Using methods of saving and AHP to solve the model.
