| With the company's brand and product quality is on the rise, more and more assembly plant of vehicle carry 4G6 engine of Aerospace Mitsubishi, and at the same time the older and more cooperation partners has several models of engines, each of the corresponding Models have different engine parts, common parts, import pieces, and special items, special managed items, homemade items, procurement items .In one day there are dozens of models in the production line at the same time, which led to the procurement, production, and management is very complex, only depend on simply manual management it will be inevitably bring about chaos. In addition ,in the "vehicle defect recall regulations" manufacturers must be able to identify failure of the production, for the engine manufacturers, the same batch of engine parts in one production batches is not the same , we must management to a single engine by software.In this paper base on Aerospace Mitsubishi management model we study the data interface of original management software system and the integration technology with the new software system; base on various software modules which identified by management processes, research operation between software modules; research database table structure , field design and method of design . We develop the 4G6 engine logistics management system based on bar-code technology.1,Original research the data interface of the new management software system and integration technology with new software systemThe original management software system is using, the new system must be developed using the original database, which is the requisition to preserve and increase the assets of the original. The operation of original system is not only to operate the table separable, and the new systems must be ensure that the system is compatible with the original, less write or wrong write will bring serious disasters, and such results may not be immediately felt. First we study the table which will be used in the original database, understand the meaning of each field as well as the links between related tables to ensure that the data that the new system need to be able to accurately read and write back in line with the requirements of the original system . Then we study compatibility and integration technology of the new system with the original management software system, there is realization of the original data written or wrong to write less.2. Research design technology of software moduleAccording to management processes we established the six software modules include system operation management, resource management, operations management, reporting and production control and storage management, and complete the whole process management technology by research the operation between modules. Operation Management System include log enquiries, the transaction log, the system parameters maintenance, data dictionary maintenance, users of the system maintenance, user privileges maintenance, software maintenance version. Resource management refers to the system will be used the resource base of information management, which content generally comparable reunification, and fixed. Operations management includes purchase orders enquiries, master production scheduling maintenance, implementation of the plan, report for product management, inventory plan generation, excess and less management. Report and production monitoring included the in enquiry of warehouse, the out enquiry of warehouse , the enquiry of shift, the enquiry of excess and less , the enquiry of the transaction log, stock enquiries, inventory performance enquiries, production monitoring, the report of quality, IO interface enquiries. Storage management include the product finished, machine semi-finished stock and buffer storage management, materials storage management, group operations, shelves operations, warehouse exception handling. The management of outing product include the plan management, materials management, paper audit, buffer zone management, warehouse exception handling. The product management in warehouse includes inventory enquiries, the paper of shift management, replenishment management, inventory management, packaging management. After discussed the framework and confirmed there is no problem, it will break down the project design to realize the modular design of the software as well as the accurate exchange of data between modules.3. Research database table structure, design and definition of field methods According to function and the number of modules, in the principle to minimize the number of forms we research the need to establish the number of forms and structure. Study on the table and that all fields, so that all relevant data types and table field names reunification. Table design and the name of the field with a clear definition of a simple name, the name adopted by the maintenance staff can be aware of the content of the questionnaire and field for the meaning of the principle of easy future maintenance. In the principle that reduce the space and meet the requirements of data stored format the definition of data so that the function of the computer system to be brought into full play.In this paper the 4G6 engine barcode logistics management system is in full accordance with the existing management of SAME model and developed to meet the needs of existing logistics management to improve the logistics process, defined the responsibilities of relevant departments. After numerous tests it used in the official and it's simple, user-friendly and easy to maintain stable operation. It solute the part of the existing problems of logistics, meet the design requirements and has become the tools of logistics work which can't be replaced. |
