The Research On Optimization For The Symbiotic Cluster Of Small & Medium Enterprises And Core Ones

The small & medium enterprises(SMEs) and large enterprises symbiotic cluster is a kind of geographically concentrated economic phenomena that have the core large enterprises play a leading role and SMEs play a supplementary role. Nowadays, with the high development of market, this symbiosis in manufacturing is very common, which have attracted the concern of a lot of countries, governments and enterprises.Symbiotic cluster among enterprises can reduce transaction costs, form a table and cooperative relations between the upper and lower reaches and share the information & technological achievements. Because this symbiotic enterprises is relatively common in the industrial cluster, at this stage, this economic phenomenon more obvious in the northeast region, the Beijing- Tianjin-Tangshan region, the Yangtze River Delta region, and with the development of the Pearl River Delta, as well as some areas in Zhejiang, this phenomenon have also gradually begun to take shape. For the nature of enterprise is making money, it is inevitable to boom the symbiosis cluster. The developments of the other countries have shown that the symbiotic clusters have vitality, and bring better results for society and enterprises in their process of development. However, the development of any thing will not be easy, SMEs and large enterprises symbiotic clusters won't either. Some previous or new problems gradually emerged during the development of cluster size. If ignore these issues, and don't do some necessary optimizing, that will influence the development of enterprises in the cluster. Two relatively successful cluster models gradually emerged in the evolution of the enterprise symbiosis. One is "Toyota model" in Japan, which represents the subcontracting mode. Another is "Silicon Valley model" in US indicating the trend from vertical integration to vertical disintegration. "Toyota model" mainly uses traditional plans, orders, and shares, leases (formal or implied) as the symbiotic media. "Silicon Valley model" is the major market-oriented media symbiosis.In this paper, I analyze the two successful models mentioned above; refine its success essence as the objective of optimizing a symbiotic cluster. With these objectives, analyzing internal and external factors in the cluster which influence the cluster optimizing, I design variables in the optimization model and establish symbiotic optimization model with modern econometric methods. As SMEs and large core enterprises symbiotic cluster has its industry characteristics, namely, the optimizing of the symbiotic cluster in different industries depend on the different coefficient. So in experiment, China's auto industry are used as the research object, the actual data are collected to verify the model. Meanwhile, the main factors which influence the automobile industry symbiotic cluster are tested. And with the study in Jilin autobile symbiotic clusters of different size, according to the analysis results, I put forward some specific optimization measures.Through the research, we can know that the factors which influence the optimizing of SMEs and large core enterprises symbiotic cluster are various. The improvements need the effort both from the enterprises and government. The enterprises and the government should recognize the importance of the Symbiotic clusters. Both of them have to do something to make the symbiotic clusters develop healthily and rapidly just like improving the quality of enterprises and symbiotic environment and strengthening the linkages between enterprises.
