With the rapid development of the national economy,to survive in the more and more competitive market,small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have to change the original way of mass production into the way of flexible production which can solve the problem of multi-type and small batch production,similar products,states change quickly and other characteristics bring a huge difficulty to the materials distribution for assembly line.In order to ensure the smooth production,right demand of materials must be accurately delivered to the right workstation in the right time.Therefore,the study of materials distribution on time for assembly enterprise has an important significance for the new way of production which small and medium-sized assembly enterprises adopt.This article is based on material distribution of S enterprise,trying to figure out the materials Distribution on time solution to the problems which exist in the materials distribution of S enterprise.To achieve the above purpose,this paper does the research from below aspects:Firstly describes the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the domestic and international literature about the distribution of materials for the assembly line.Secondly,pointing out the problems which exist in the materials distribution of S enterprise.The problems contain two aspects,one is the distribution of raw materials,and the other is the distribution of semi-finished products assembled from raw materials.No internal storage of materials in the workshop and the originally chaotic warehouse management lead to the problem of the raw materials distribution.And the unreasonable distribution routing of semi-finished products is the mainly cause of semi-finished products distribution problem.Thirdly,according to the actual production information of S enterprise,optimizing the layout of the original facility,and designing a storage area for the raw materials in the workshop,then using the ABC classification method to optimize the warehouse management of raw materials,improving the picking efficiency of raw materials,so the distribution of raw materials can be ensured.After solving the problem of the distribution of raw materials,optimizing the distribution routing of semi-finished products,as semi-finished products distribution vehicle routing problem is VRPTW,so analyzing the time window for workstation,building the mathematical model of the vehicle routing problem with time window(VRPTW)for the internal semi-finished products distribution.Comparing a variety of methods to solve the vehicle routing problem,determine to adopt genetic algorithm to solve the problem,then designing the genetic algorithm operators,using Microsoft Visual Studio to program the genetic algorithm which can solve the internal VRPTW model of semi-finished products distribution,so the problem can be solved.After the optimization,the costs of the distribution decrease 349.1 yuan per time,which takes up 18.3%of original distribution costs.Finally,using simulation software Witness to simulate the production system of S enterprise,contrasting with the result of the original situation,finding that the optimization for the materials distribution has a positive influence on the production,increasing the output of the products and equipment utilization,the output of outside air conditioning machine increase 6 per day and the output of inside air conditioning machine increase 8 per day.The results also validate the practical significance of the optimization for the materials distribution.
