The Research On Investment Benefit Of Financial Fund Of Supporting Agriculture In Xinjiang

Agriculture is the basis of the national economy industries,as an important part of the state financial behavior,financial supporting agriculture is an important means of the government regulation and control for agricultural economy. Xinjiang is one of the largest agricultural provinces,the financial investment is still the power source of pulling the agriculture economy development,the investment benefit of financial funds of supporting agriculture not only affects the stability of rural society and economy,but also influences the whole situation of national economy development. Therefore,in the public finance system,facing to the needs of agricultural development in the new era,the research on how to improve the investment benefit of financial fund of supporting agriculture has great theoretical and practical significance .Based on the related theory of financial supporting agriculture,Firstly,The paper outlined the input situation of financial supporting agriculture,and analyzed the investment benefit by regression analysis method,the results showed that the financial fund of supporting agriculture played some role in the development of society and economy in Xinjiang,but the whole benefit level is not well,the investment benefit of some parts of the funds is lower,and they did not fully display on the improving role in agricultural economy. Secondly,the paper analyzed the factors of restricting the investment benefit by factor analysis method,and found that agriculture infrastructure expenditure,input intensity,agricultural science expenditure and rural relief expenditure were the major factors of influencing the investment benefit. Finally,according to the above analysis results,the paper proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the investment benefit of financial fund of supporting agriculture.
