The mode of multi-employment channel is practiced in the enterprise and it can reduce cost,but it also easily arouses difference of enterprise culture and earning inequality among staff. Then this effect can impact harmonious development in whole corporation.Put the enterprise strategy module,recruitment and selection module,performance system module,C&B structure module,training and staff development mechanism module into multi-employment channel mode suitably, if HR management staff process HR administrative work,then they can eliminate individual discrimination, exert management advantage,increase the team aggregation and realize the enterprise and personnel performance.This thesis introduced GL corporation and GL (Shanghai) corporation circumstances in accordance with the current times background and it included company background,development experience,organization structure,staff channel,enterprise culture and operation performance etc. The multinational service industry has developed rapidly at present. GL (Shanghai) corporation is a professional and famous multinationalenterprise in service industry. It can enter ShangHai market successfully,operate steadily,develope human resource management compatibly,combine enterprise strategy and improved revenue to rise 40% at the end of last year when the fact that all kinds of enterprise culture and staff channel were in the multinational enterpeise. The thesis analyzed also the staff satisfactory degree after the description of recruitment,C&B,training and performance. Meanwhile the survey of staff satisfactory degree included questionnaire design,process executer,data statistic,effect analysis etc. It demonstrated that:At first, there will be pushed the mode of multi-employment channel when a corporation will decide to combine its background and labour power situation in Shanghai. Secondly, not only exert the advantage of this mode but also avoid the influence of different staff channel. GL (Shanghai) corporation constructs harmonious team spirit in accordance with its enterprise culture character. Finally, the mode of multi-employment channel to bring effective achievements and suggestions in fact in GL (Shanghai) corporation. The thesis explained the corporation would be in the face of new challenges and opportunities when new labour law would be taken into operation eventually.
