| Along with the further development of globalization and information technology constantly updated, international capital is gradually shift to the service sector, the service outsourcing has become the new round of industrial upgrading, which cannot be ignored. Because of high productivity, informatization and the high added value of service outsourcing, it is also become the domain to attract high-quality labors. Even the time for China to develop its international outsourcing service is not enough; it has taken place at a fast speed. It will helpful to optimize the structure of foreign trade development of China, and fasten the transformation of the economic development pattern and structure, alleviate employment pressure in China. This article mainly analyzes the related industry employment effect and impact on wages, though analyzing the development of international service outsourcing at the present stage, the mechanism of the impact on the related industry employment, using the relevant data, aims to address the impact of undertaking international service outsourcing on employment, and put forward the corresponding development suggestions based on the study, which hopes China can seize the opportunity for the development of international service outsourcing, and take part in the process of globalization positively.In this paper, firstly looking at the development situation of the industries which undertaking international service outsourcing, then we found the service outsourcing business scale expanding rapidly in China, and industry absorptive capacity is thriving; the structure is optimized constantly, and gradually come to the high-end service outsourcing; the service outsourcing cities show the cluster effect, and driving the development of surrounding cities. The demonstration cities development also show imbalance between each other, and each area has advantages, and become a new growth point of regional economy.This paper studies the employment effect mainly from the direct impact to undertake international service outsourcing, advances in technology, industry association and the multiplier effect of related to undertake industry employment and wages. The empirical part adopts the variables of industry employment, actual output, to undertake international service outsourcing and industry average wage to analysis. According to the results of analysis on the employment impact on related industries, sectorial variation of employment by industry international service outsourcing factors show negative impact, also affected by the industry wage variation, while various industries output value of industry has a positive effect on employment. Using the panel data of fixed effect variable intercept model regression, shows that industry employment variation exists in the different which caused by the difference of related industry employment base. Among them, the wage variation of explanatory variables and the influence of industry output value of industry labor number change are significant; The international service outsourcing factors is not significant. On the analysis of the international service outsourcing industry of the impact on the industry average wage level variation, found that the deferent effects of the six industries are not so strong, and the variable even shows it has negative effect on the wages, though it is not significant. |
