| Abstract: The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy, enterprise culture has become the key factor to deciding the rise and fall of an enterprise. Travel agents re-emerged in full on a competitive basis based on the size of the development trend of the background, the building of the travel agency's enterprise culture is imperative.For this reason, this paper introduced the concept of social responsibility, discusses the travel agents how to strengthen the building of enterprise culture in the process of development into large and large-scale enterprise groups. Social responsibility referred in this paper is built on economic responsibility and legal responsibility, and related to the moral level a lot, and from the gain theory that they have the internal drive needs for their construction and development. This paper based on Corporate Social Responsibility, analyzes the travel agency's enterprise culture in four levels: spirit, material, behavior and system, proposes the implementation methods and measures on the construction of travel agency's enterprise culture, and carry outs the guarantee mechanism of social responsibility-centered travel agency corporate culture's construction.This paper is divided into eight chapters:Chapter 1, introduces the background of this paper, current situation of the building of travel agent's enterprise culture, research states of social responsibility at home and abroad one by one.Chapter 2, summarizes the main two theories, the enterprise culture theory and the enterprise social responsibility theory, and analyzes the relationship between the two.Chapter 3, summarizes the development of the China travel agency, defines the gain theory of social responsibility referred in this paper, from four aspects analyzes the necessity of the implementation of social responsibility in the construction of travel agent's enterprise culture.Chapter 4--Chapter 7, from the standpoint of the gain theory of social responsibility analyzes the travel agency's spirit culture, material culture, behavior culture and system culture, proposes implementation methods and measures on the social responsibility in the building of enterprise culture of travel agencies.Chapter 8, carry outs the guarantee mechanism of social responsibility-centered travel agency enterprise culture's construction. |
