Research On Building Enterprise Culture Based On Corporate Social Responsibility

In recent years, the emphasis on legal and moral constraints of the environment, our corporatesocial responsibility for the accident is still frequent; correction of corporate social responsibility isa huge economic and spiritual losses at the expense. This shows that while the external constraints,the dynamic mechanism of corporate social responsibility must be formed from within theenterprise. Corporate social responsibility as a corporate culture problem to study, is outside of theexternal legal and ethical environment, to explore how to build the internal dynamics of corporatesocial responsibility. This article is from this perspective to analyze the status quo of China'senterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, proposed to build corporate social responsibilityculture within the enterprise, this culture to guide and standardize the behavior of the socialresponsibility of enterprises and their employees. And put forward countermeasures and suggestionsof cultural construction of corporate social responsibility for corporate reference and draw.This article first systematically expounded the theory of corporate social responsibility andcorporate culture development of the theory origin, connotation, and on the basis of analyzing therelationship between the two to explore the cultural theory of corporate social responsibility and itscontents; Second, the status for the cultural construction of our corporate social responsibility,analysis of the reason for the status quo; Again, the focus from the macro and micro level, to putforward countermeasures and suggestions of the corporate culture is built based on corporate socialresponsibility. Finally, this article summarized, pointing out the limitations of this study and futureresearch put forward some proposals.
