Research On Problems Of Chinese Industrial Cluster Upgrade

Industrial cluster, which is the major economic and industrial growth of a certain region, draws wide attention of governments, entreprises and scholars. In China, almost all of the governments of different regions declares that they will create Industrial cluster and stimulate regional development continuously through it. It is reasonable to depend on Industrial cluster, however, there are indeed several problems existing in the process of creating and upgrading Industrial cluster. This paper focuses on the common problem of Industrial cluster upgrade, analyzes them and refers to the way of upgrade.It is beyond all doubt that different regions would encounter various problems when creating and upgrading Industrial cluster because of their distinc economic, policy and cultural conditions.We must admit that it is impossible to analyze all of the concrete problems in one thesis. As a result, all of the problems and solutions discussed in this paper are resumptive.As to content, classic theory of Industrial cluster and its upgrade will be discussed at the beginning of the thesis, so a basis of thorough discussion could be offered. After that, the paper chooses five points, which are global value chain, market mechanism, national wealth, development and regional competitive advantages, to introduce and analyze various problems of upgrading Industrial cluster. Then some solutions will be refered according to the analysis. In the end, Tianjin Binhai New Area will be discuss as a typical example. It can be consider as a certification of upside.
