Study On The Upgrading Of Industry Cluster Based On Technological Innovation

As the economic globalization making further improvement, the competitionamong a number of countries and regions has increasingly relied on the ability and therate of innovation. This innovation ability not only lies in the enterprises and manyother economic entities, but also impacts economic development and social progressin the form of agglomeration of regional. Because the huge competitive advantage ofindustry cluster play the positive role in the regional economic development,government departments of all levels are actively guiding and nurturing local industrycluster. The issues that how to give full play to the positive role of industry cluster inpromoting regional economic development and social progress, and in which way torealize the organic combination between innovation and cluster to promote clusterupgrade, and to lead regional economic development both smoothly and quickly haveeminent academic value and practical significance.Therefore, this article will discuss the upgrade mechanism of industry clusterfrom the point of technical innovation. Based on the domestic and foreign existingtheory results, this paper deeply refines inner mechanism of the upgrade by the meansof theoretical deduction. Combining the current situation of the industry cluster in ourcountry, this paper researches the mechanism of industry cluster upgrading byfunction of technical innovation. The aim of this paper are practically improvingindustrial cluster to upgrade theoretically and practically, and making some effort toenhance the actual strength of the whole industry cluster. Specifically, on the basis ofprevious studies, this paper unfolds research from the following three aspects.First of all, this paper presents the close contact between industry cluster andtechnological innovation by means of the present theory, especially the technicalinnovation which play important role in the lasting competitive power of industrycluster. Then leading to the related theory of industrial cluster upgrade, through the description of the significance to upgrade explaining again the significance of thispaper.Secondly, based on the characteristics of development situation and types ofindustry cluster in our country, this paper summarizes that our country exposed someshortcomings and bottlenecks on the cluster development, and makes backgroundmatting in Zibo porcelain empirical research, which establishes the domesticenvironment background and draws out the following contents better. Then it makesemphasis study at industry cluster upgrade mechanism and realization mechanism.Among them, the mechanism research includes factors research and the upgradedirection research. The upgrade mechanism study is proposed according to the theoryof upgrade direction, which is contacted with present situation and developmentbottleneck of domestic and foreign industrial cluster. This part of the content unfoldsviewpoint in the view of the technology innovation and relevant factors, and this isthe core content of this paper.Finally, the case studies of Zibo ceramic industry cluster upgrading is the definitepath which combined with the above realization mechanism and background ofhistory culture of Zibo porcelain and real development bottleneck. It means thatcombined the investigation and study of Zibo porcelain and the firsthand andsecondary material, this paper aims to get the theory into practice.
