With the continuous development of knowledge economy, Knowledge has become the key to productive forces, competitive power and economic growth in knowledge economy. So knowledge workers are playing more and more important role in a corporation. While the value of knowledge workers does not totally lie on their knowledge and competency, to some extent, it depends on their efforts. Knowledge corporations can not develop without effective motivation mechanism which can promote knowledge workers to dedicate their knowledge and skill. Since knowledge workers are different from common workers and different knowledge workers have different motivations, the effective motivations of knowledge workers are difficult and importantAlthough most administrators have realized the importance of motivating knowledge workers effectively, there are still many problems in motivation mechanism. Tianjin Foreign Enterprises & Experts Service Corporation is a station-owned enterprise in Tianjin which is major in human resource service. With the development of Tianjin Foreign Enterprises & Experts Service Corporation in recent years, the motivation mechanism of the knowledge workers isn't fit to development of this enterprise. For the knowledge workers, they have less enthusiasm and low efficiency, and even low level of service. What is worse, the corporation has suffered a brain drain, which has threatened the long-term development.To settle the problems of motivation mechanism of knowledge workers, this paper puts forward some questions on the basis of fully analyzing motivation current situation to knowledge type staffs in this company. Then this paper uses motivation theory and the features of the knowledge workers to make up a motivation model of knowledge workers from three parts of psychological contract that is the building, the remaining and the rebuilding of psychological contract. At last, this paper brings forward some pieces of good advice of motivation of knowledge workers by analyzing the enterprise's reality.
