| The urban infrastructure, which is considered to be the important basis of urban development and expansion, plays an essential role in the development of national economy. Along with the economy growth in China, the construction of urban infrastructure is developing vigorously. In the accommodation to the changeable economic situation of China, the investing and financing model of urban infrastructure has also undergone continuous changes and adjustments. With the submission of"sound fiscal policy and tight monetary policy"at the end of 2007, the investing and financing model of urban infrastructure is faced with a new choice.The thesis, based on the comprehensive understanding of characteristics of urban infrastructure, with the horizontal comparison of the existing investing and financing models, it analyzes their advantages, disadvantages and risks of uncertainty, and then puts forward improvement strategies and measures. After that, analyze the influence to the investing and financing model of urban infrastructure after the implement of tight monetary policy. On the basis of personal investigation, prospect the future development of the investing and financing model of urban infrastructure.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. It introduces the background, significance of the title, research method and innovation on the preface. The second chapter makes a category of the existing investing and financing models of urban infrastructure and analyzes their own characteristics. The third chapter includes two parts. First, it investigates influencing factors of investing and financing models of urban infrastructure in details. Second, it makes a demonstration on the risk prevention mechanism of uncertainty. The fourth chapter points out the investing and financing model style of urban infrastructure after the implement of tight monetary policy. The fifth chapter forecasts the future direction of sound theory. |
