The Problem Research About Power Transmission And Distribution Pricing Project Of Hebei

Through study of the domestic and abroad transmission and distribution of the pricing mechanism and analysis the current domestic pricing mechanisms of the pros and cons, and points out the problems that exist. Meanwhile analyzing Hebei Province current transmission and distribution pricing mechanism, as well as currently power network enterprises operating conditions and power distribution and line losses, and so on, at last we combination the theoretical analysis, given a transmission and distribution assets pricing model which based on the CAPM and based on the estimated price of electricity sub-voltage theoretical calculations electricity transmission and distribution levels. Calculation results in line with the development of the power industry, it aprovide a reasonable and solid theoretical basis for the Hebei electric power companies in electricity transmission and distribution price, and providing reference for the Government to promote reform of the mechanism for electricity transmission and distribution. This paper have important practical significance.
