| Senior managers'human capital has been called the fourth productive factor, except for labor, land and material capital. At present most European and American enterprises have put human capital theory into the practice of compensation management. On the contrary, domestic senior managers are under very low or even negative incentive. So my research is to establish a human capital full of innovation, based on senior managers'compensation system, through of the review on the environment of the salary system rules of the enterprises, analysis on the particularity of the Fugu electricity power plant. My dissertation is composed of four chapters: Chapter One makes an review of the basic theories of the enterprises'senior managers. Chapter Two makes an comparison and analysis of senior managers'compensation system between home and abroad. Chapter Three analysis the situation of the senior managers'compensation system of the Fugu plant. Chapter Four puts forward a proposal about innovational compensation system as to senior managers of Fugu power plant. |
