Research On The Environmental Cost And Control Of The Thermal Power Enterprises

This paper summarized domestic and international research results relating to environmental cost definition, classification, calculation, reporting and control. Based on this, from the perspective of production management of enterprises, with the features of organization and management of the thermal power enterprises, thermal power enterprises environmental cost was defined and classified. According to the characteristics of thermal power enterprises'environmental cost, proposed the environmental cost calculation program of the thermal power enterprises. Then took the BDN thermal power enterprise as an example, and calculated the environmental cost of this enterprise and tested the feasibility of environmental cost program in the calculation of thermal power enterprises. Meanwhile designed environmental cost report of thermal power enterprises, and analyzed the environmental cost. Finally, from the guiding ideology of environmental cost control of thermal power enterprises, on the basis of building environmental cost control system, proposed the overall planning of thermal power enterprises on environmental cost control.
