An Improved Research On Bid Of Electrical Construction Project Material Of Hebei Province

The paper begins from open question of electrical construction project material tendering of Hebei province, then combines theory and methods of tendering of national and foreign and seeks general rule of planning and management of electric material tendering and analyses flow management and process of electric material tendering and discusses improved countermeasure and methods of electric construction project material tendering of Hebei province. In the course of tendering of experts, the paper establishes tender evaluation criteria system and composes a new decision-making tender evaluation method based on gray correlation degree and TOPSIS. The method reflects that decision makers can make various decisions in terms of practical problem according to their preferences to the position and shape of alternatives data curves.
