Research On The Evaluation Index Systems And Methods Of Enterprise Informationization

Since the seventies of the 20th century, with the swift and dramatic development of global informationization and economic globalization, informationization of enterprise is just carrying forward into depth and range, and going deeply on both macrostructure and microstructure levels. Although informationization of enterprise has made a lot of achievements, it also faces a series of problems and difficulties, we have to admit that research on informationization of enterprise is still on the starting point, especially in the systematic study of informationization, index system of evaluation. As a result, setting up a suit of scientific and systematic enterprise informationization evaluation theory and method, correctly establishing the informationization-based theory of the enterprise is urgent, so that it can scientificly, objectively, accurately supervise and evaluate informationization of enterprise.This paper starts from the research background of enterprise informationization evaluation, urgency and strategy of implementing informationization, and then it compares the theory and methods of enterprise informationization at home and abroad, expatiates the basic theory of enterprise informationization, at last, establishes the evaluation index systems of enterprise informationization level and enterprise informationization efficiency. The following research pertinent to the evaluation of enterprise informationization is discussed in this paper. Firstly, the ideas and conclusions of enterprise informationization evaluation at home and abroad are reviewed; Secondly, the purpose and significance of enterprise informationization evaluation are explained; Thirdly, index system of enterprise informationization evaluation accustomed to national condition is brought forward. Fourthly, the method of index weight distribution using AHP and entropy is studied. Fifthly, the comprehensive evaluation method of enterprise informationization based on the method of grey correlation degree is analyzed. Finally, this paper analyses the present situation of enterprise informationization from macroscopic and microcosmic angles, and then puts forward some countermeasures.In regard to research method, this paper adopts subjective and objective methods to determine the weights of each indicator in evaluation index system, based on the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative indexes. The method of gray correlation analysis is used to evaluate the enterprise informationization level and efficiency.The study of enterprise informationization evaluation index system and method is emphasis of the paper, and is an extensive field. There is no end to the pursuit of innovation. In the future study, we should carry out a further study to construction and improvement of evaluation index system, the construction of evaluation information system of enterprise informationization, etc.
