The Research On Generation Enterprise Competitiveness Of South Hebei Power Network

With the development of the innovation of power system, generation enterprise has been the main body of the power market competition, facing the pressure of the power market directly. Hence, the problem of generation enterprise competitiveness has aroused managers of the enterprises, the department of power supervision and the society's attention. This paper analyzes the influencing factor of generation enterprise competitiveness and its interaction, and sets up the evaluation index system of South Hebei Power Network (SHPN) generation enterprise competitiveness composed of five subsystem, using fishbone chat. Moreover, we choose entropy method, AHP and factor analysis to evaluate the five main generation enterprise in SHPN respectively, and finally sort their competition. Finally, we give some advice to improve the competition of generation enterprises in SHPN.
