Research Of Choosing Suppliers In The Public Tendering Process For Electrical Power Equipment

In this paper, the author firstly expounds the background, purpose and significance of choice and approach of electrical power equipment suppliers for electrical power companies, over ally analyzes the existing problems in choosing suppliers for the electrical power companies, sums up the factor affecting on appraisal of electrical power suppliers, and establishes the targets system for comprehensive appraisal of electrical power equipotent suppliers. Secondly the acuter establishes an electrical power suppliers apprising module by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), in which the author adopts the method of scientifically combining qualitative and quantum, as well as the comprehensively scoring method to carry out appraisal of suppliers, which submits a tender to pubic bidding for electrical power equipment, and determines the most excellent ones from them, thus decreasing affect of human factor on equipment appraising. Finally, in this paper, taking as example the public bidding by Handan Electricity Supplying Company for electrical power equipment, the author carries out analysis and approach about the matter of choosing excellent suppliers in substantial evidence.
