Supplier management is the basement of the supply chain management; proper evaluating and selecting supplier is the effective method for controlling the source of the supply chain; Excellent enterprise has been aware that the supplier management is necessary course for them.The modern enterprise must has dynamic management though to fitting the changed market environment, The modern enterprise is not only manage the internal manufacture but combining the integration supply chain with the enterprise management concept, the weight of the supplier management getting more and more highlighted. Setting up the scientific supplier evaluation and supplier performance assess system, make the enterprise control each point of the supply chain, reduce the risk, improve the quality, raise the competitive capability to be the industry leader.In this article, take the RSI Sourcing Center's supplier management as a case of analyzing. Firstly, expounding the current supplier management situation, mainly introduced the supplier management evaluation and the performance review. Secondly, analyzed the supplier management problem, the main supplier management issue are:①The existing supplier evaluation system caused the improper supplier selection, especially, which led to the excellent supplier complaining and losing etc.②some of the supplier delayed the shipping schedule and submitted the product with lower quality as well as have not good cooperation. For this problem, the article is not only simply to explain it but to research the root cause and resolve the problem through researching present supplier evaluation system and the performance assessment as well as combining the new supplier management theory with practical experience, deeply analyzing the supplier management weakness and some area which need to improve. By combining the new theory with the present supplier management situation, analyzing the supplier evaluation rule, setting up the new supplier evaluation system, which make the supplier management with more effective, through introducing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model, which resolve the complicated supplier selection issue. According to the new data collecting approach, the KPI and weight-point for supplier sequence, which made the supplier performance assessment with completed. For catching the win-win target, introduced the supplier relationship management and supplier integration, which is the new thought for the RSI company supplier management in the future. Finally, Through the analyzing and practice, the improved supplier management system resolved the RSI supplier management issue and brought up the tough issue of the supplier management we faced now and will research it in the future.The studies on above questions commonly occur on Sourcing Center. To be better study and solve them, the paper references the analysis of the research fruits of the other scholars and analysis of the supplier management methods at present.
