The Biology Engineering of the Firm (BEF) is a comprehensive intersecting science across molecular biology, cell biology, firm theory, organization theory, biology technology and biological mathematics which study the rules about the firm heredity, competitive advantage of survival, growth and development, the life cycle, dynamics of evolutions and innovations, relation between survival environment and health quality and have good science development vitality and wide requiring for management practice of the firm.The main work and innovations that reached listed as followings:(1) Framework of the Biology Engineering of the Firm. An essential distinction between mechanical system and life system, the basic characters of the firm life and homomorphism or isomorphism of life between nature being and social organizations are analyzed respectively, while the origination of firm life is discussed and forms of the firm life are classified. The basic questions of BEF and the relation among economics, management science, and biology are answered, while category, object, content and method of study of the special BEF are presented respectively.(2) Molecular Biology of the Firm (MBF) and its central dogma. The MBF is the cornerstone of BEF and the central dogma is the core of MBF. Heredity material of the firm is shown clear that incudes firm DNA, firm RNA, firm protein which and whose Sugar-phosphate chains and paired bases are defined respectively.Topological structures of their heredity information and main properties and function classification are proposed. Relationship among the heredity materials is discussed and the historical origination of firm life is explained more properly than Coase's theory. The central dogma of MBF is expressed, which is a key bridge to understand the gene expression and control of the firm. The possible genetic paths among different typical organizations in different historical periods are showed according to forms of the central dogma of MBF.(3) Firm gene expression and control and genetic engineering of the firm. The firm gene is redefined. The gene expression and control of the firm which are presented are important contents to understand the BEF while Information Complexity and Theorem of complexity interval estimate of Information expression about firm DNA are also tested and given. A whole set of program, procedure, tools and method about the firm genetic problem of inner capability reengineering of the firm, the cooperation and merger, and the decision mechanism are advanced.The main conclusions and new hypotheses in this dissertation will give some new ideas to study on organization theory of the firm and develop an original research field for social organization theory while the 21st century comes, which also induct managers'practical activities so that they can make the policies and measures more efficiently for the right of survival, social responsibility, life quality and health degree about their firms through observing all genetic rules about firm life on their own initiatives, optimize structures of firm genes ,and promote the value of firm existence.
