EU(EC) and NAFTA was established, also in 2002 China-ASEAN was established in the field of international cooperation zone and will be completely use for Free Trade Area in 2010. The cooperation between China and ASEAN is closer from their target of member countries. The rapid growth of China-ASEAN relations has been a force for peace and stability in East Asia. It has also served the development of two sides and the well-being of their peoples. ASEAN and China have together managed those relations in such a way as to keep themselves open the rest of the world and integrated with the global economy. In this manner, they and the cooperation between them have contributed substantially to "win-win policy" and prosperity.Trade between members of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has grown rapidly. It has also served the development of the two sides and the well-being of their peoples. 2007 trade between China-ASEAN reaching 200 thousand millions US dollars more than two sides expected. That means China-ASEAN has enough power inside. Since the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area also the "Go West Policy" in 2000.Shaanxi has done many projects to prepared themselves such as infrastructure, transportation. Trade relation between Shaanxi and Thailand has grown rapidly and firmly in many field such as natural resources, manufacturing, agriculture products, medicine, education and tourism, but cooperation chance still a lot. Shaanxi Government should promote and strengthen opportunities or expanding in many kinds of trade or cooperation with Thai Government also including Shaanxi and Thai enterprise and pushing Thailand to be products distribute center of Southeast Asian.
