Study On The Upgrading Of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area

With the November 23,2015,China-ASEAN Free Trade Area to upgrade the successful conclusion of the negotiations.The study of the ASEAN Free Trade Area has been paid more and more attention by academia.China and the ASEAN landscape connected,cultural interlinked,ethnic similar.Since ancient times with the southeast coast of China and the southern provinces trade closely.In the 1990s,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the great changes in the international situation,as well as the continuous development of ASEAN economies,ASEAN countries once again attracted the attention of our country.In 2000,Premier Zhu Rongji of the State Council put forward the idea of building the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and received the recognition and positive response from the ASEAN countries.In 2002,China and ASEAN signed the first agreement-"China-ASEAN Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation".In 2004,the "Early Goods Receipt Plan" was implemented and the "Goods Trade Agreement" was signed in the same year.In 2007 and 2009,respectively,signed a "service trade agreement" and "investment agreement."Marking the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has ruled out the system restrictions.And the two sides agreed on January 1,2010,China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA)was formally established.China-ASEAN Free Trade Area since its establishment,after five years of trade and bilateral policy of continuous adjustment.And finally on November 23,2015,China and ASEAN leaders reached the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area to upgrade the final intention.At this point,China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone officially entered the 2.0 era.Based on the theory of international trade,the theory of regional economic cooperation and the theory of geo-economics,this paper uses explicit comparative advantage index,trade integration index,trade competitiveness index,comprehensive trade Complementarity index,as well as intra-industry trade index,trade gravity model and other corresponding economic methods,from the geopolitical and geo-economic perspective between China and ASEAN countries between the impact of trade and economic growth between the relationship and mutual influence The significant factor.While analyzing the positive and negative factors affecting the upgrading of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,we also analyze the political and economic effects of the relevant parties before the escalation of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.In the study of mature regional integration organizations such as the North American Free Trade Area and the European Union,the North American Free Trade Area(NAFTA)on the formulation of the rules of origin,the way of dealing with disputes,and the EU's management mechanism for member states and the European unified currency System and other successful experience at the same time,put forward after the upgrade of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area construction,as well as deepening mutually beneficial cooperation related countermeasures.To achieve the central "13th Five-Year Plan" and "along the way" to provide decision-making basis.But also for the future of China's other free trade zone construction and development to provide adequate theoretical preparation and experience for reference.
