The Research Of Power Market Mode In Plant Side

The power market construction is the important and complex part of power system reformation. In recent years, some steps has been taken in several areas in China, which provides us some experiences in power market construction. Power market in plant side is an important part of the power market. Especially in current domestic situation, power sale price is controlled by the government, cannot fully reflect market supply-demand relation. To construct power market in plant side will benefit our enterprise to reduce the cost, increase efficiency, improve service, and eventually optimize the power resource.In this paper, I describe and analyze the domestic situation of power market construction from different aspects, and design a set of protocol based on economic theory. In this protocol, the futures market acts the main role while the spot market acts the subordinate role. It also includes the objective, principle, function, price mode and market join-up of power market construction. Besides that, I also design a model about how to arrange contract market, day-ahead and real-time market, analyze the classification of ancillary services, and present the compensating principle of ancillary services.The paper researches several important questions of the power market construction deeply and put forward some policy suggestions. I hope the conclusions should be significant to the power system reformations of our country.
