The internal market-led management practiced in state-owned coal mining enterprises is a process to organize the production and operating activities of the coal mine by simulating trading mode in the market and taking advantages of law of value, economic leverage and competitive mechanism, based on the operation rules of market economy.Aiming at the interior management problems existed in Donghuantuo Mining Co., Ltd., with reference to the market-led fine management mode of Jinggezhuang Branch of Kailuan Group Co., Ltd., this article has analyzed the interior market-led management mode suitable for this enterprise under new situation to explore innovative management concept, and accordingly, to form a new mode for guidance and reference to the state-owned coal mining enterprises.The article described both the current situation and problems existed in the management and development of this enterprise; the influencing factors of the interior and exterior environment of enterprise were analyzed; it was elucidated that the implementation of the internal market-led management was a necessity for enterprises to adapt to the fierce market competition. With the guidance of the market economy theory, the internal market-led management theory and other fundamental theories of modern enterprise management, the article discussed the practical meaning, principle, purpose, characteristic and operation mode of internal market-led management. Through the analysis on the theory and the actual situation of the enterprise, the organizational structure of internal market-led management, internal market operating mechanism, internal price system and internal accounting system were designed for this enterprise;. classification of management level and operation procedure of interior market were described in detail; calculation formula and mathematical model and other figures and tables were adopted to describe the method of setting interior price, which provided the data support on the mode of internal market-led management. The methods of internal budget,performance evaluation and compensation administration theory were adopted to provide effective guarantee for the implementation of internal market-led management. Finally, according to analysis and summarization of the achievement in the practice of this management mode in enterprise, the article provided referable empirical conclusions for the operation of the entire mode.
