With the development of knowledge economy, high quality talents play an increasingly important role in enterprise development. Therefore, how to attract talents, retain talents and motivate emplyees have become the most important issues on management. Being a part of the corporate strategy as well as corporate culture, performance and C&B management plays an increasingly important role. The object of study of the dissertation is E company, which analysis the common problems existing in the performance and C&B management of the coal industry in minor enterprise. Hence we need to disuss how to play the incentive effect on performance and C&B management as well as how to enhance staff enthusiasm and creativity, in order to realize the optimization of resource allocation.This dissertation does a lot of research on a large number of domestic and foreign researches status and theory. It analyses performance and C&B management problems of E-company, and then proposes the improvement scheme. First of all, the dissertation researches SWOT and AHP analysis on the development of human resources of E-company. It draws the conclusion that the enterprise need to further improve the development strategy of performance and C&B in human resource management. Secondly, with the statistical methods for data collection and questionnaire analysis, we evaluate the relationship between the various elements and indicators. Predicted by the impact trend between C&B incentive and satisfaction evaluation, we come to the correlation and difference of these statistical properties, which makes us found the problem of performance and C&B management. What's more, through the research of job evaluation and KPI analyse, In order to ensure the viability and effectiveness of performance evaluation. When we evaluate employee performance, we not only use the scientific evaluation methods, but also combine with the employee behavior and target sectors. Last, we combine with employee performance and the conclusion of C&B surveys and job analysis, we design the new indicators of C&B. We try to compression the vertical structure of C&B, in order to design of broadband pay structure.As proved by the relevant theoretical analysis and Practice, the research of E company on performance and C&B management is operable and the solution is feasible.
