Since Reform and Opening-up,more and more enterprises realizes that talented people's competition is the core of market competition along with the global economy integration, intensified international competition and information technology popularization. As the price mark of the human capital, the salary has the suitable guidance function to the talented person's flow. To corporation, compensation management is a sword with two-blades. If it is used correctly, compensation management would help to attract, keep, and inspire the talented. Otherwise, it would bring the corporation crisis. It is very importance for company to gain the advantage on existence and competition by establishing the new, scientific, systemic compensation management system in the knowledge-base economy age. The reform salary management system is also an urgent duty which the enterprise currently faces.This paper firstly analysis the concept of compensation, collates and summarizes the theory of compensation at home and abroad, defines compensation management and compensation remuneration system, analysis the new development trend of compensation system. These are the theoretical basis for designing the compensation system, Then introduces the overview of the company and the status of compensation system, analysis the problem of the lack of equity and incentive, irrational structure, single-channel promotion and so on. The questionnaire survey and interview is used to set up tables and post description. On the basis of post analysis, principal component analysis of job evaluation is used to obtained scores of all posts. In order to solve the existing problems of the company compensation, the component and the composition of the various parts of the compensation are designed on the basis of the principle and the intention of the compensation system. Compensation in the performance appraisal system is based on DEA secondary relative evaluation. According to the coefficient of performance appraisal received, follows the certain principles to compute performance wage. Finally, analysis the safeguards of the company's compensation system. Through the study of the compensation administration theory, based on the analysis and study of the existing compensation system, a set of practical and effective compensation system scheme is formed.
