Research On Model Construction Of Service Supply Chain And Integration Of Service Process

Supply chain is a highly dynamic network, of which dynamic is performance by network composition, structure of dynamic and the ability that the network can percept and respond to customer demand effectively and rapidly. Dynamic integration of the supply chain is one of the focuses of the study. The concept of organization is usually subject to enterprise physical border during the supply chain integration process. The focus of integration is attributed to a link between enterprises. However, the formation and development of the enterprise value network promotes the infiltration and integration between enterprises border, leading to the separation of physical border and invisible border. Modular organizations constitute the organizational foundation of value network. Manufacturing is the core focus on the research on the traditional supply chain management, the point of which is the study on business relations between the logistics. With the continuous development of the service economy, supply chain has evolved into a customer-centric and service-oriented service supply chain in order to meet the changing needs of customers, and construct an agile service system network on the need above.Based on the theoretical and empirical research, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods this paper give supply chain services a new interpretation from the perspective of integration and services, based on the basic idea of SOA technology and systems framework, research the reconstruction of supply chain and integration of service in service supply chain. First, the author redefines the concept of service supply chain by study on the collection of domestic and international research status on service supply chain. Second, With the define of business component in technology system field, service modeling methods such as CBM from IBM, the author puts forward the concept of service components based on the business units and IBM S3 models, and structure a service supply chain model based on SOA, Meanwhile, the author uses the Luen Thai supply chain city prove the correction of services supply chain model. Third, the author build up architecture for service supply chain dynamic integration according to technology system-S3 model, and analyzed its operating mechanism. The service manager provides a workable solution for optimal choice of service components for optimization process to generate the integration programmer of service process dynamically by establishing the quantitative indicators system for service components.Finally, the simulation of service process Composition is implemented by the design ofLuen Thai garment supply chain service component and the programmer generationalgorithm.
