Research On Tactics Of Improving Supply Chain Integration Service Levice For Third Party Logistics Enterprises

With the rapid development of market economy and information technology change,many manufacturing and distribution companies choose to outsource their logistics business to third-party logistics enterprises in order to optimize the allocation of resources.In the traditional contracting enterprises' specific operation of logistics business,logistics activities are subcontracted to different logistics service providers with decentralized management of functions,lacking of contact and coordination among different links,and the material flow efficiency is low,which greatly limits the operation efficiency and the whole supply chain performance improvement.Therefore,it had become particularly important that effectively integration the logistics service supply chain activities.Takeing third party logistics enterprises as research object,this thesis explores the relationship between logistics company's supply chain integration behavior and logistics service level through empirical research and case studies.First of all,this paper reviews the related research of supply chain integration behavior,service level and quality of cooperation.Secondly,base on the theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis,and at the same time constructs the conceptual model of the relationship between the supply chain integration behavior of logistics enterprises and their service level.Then,through questionnaire and SPSS analysis,we verify the influence of planning coordination,operational integration and information integration on the integrated service level of supply chain and the intermediary effect of cooperation.Finally,the article combines the results of empirical analysis and the cases to put forward the strategy of improving the supply chain integration service level.The paper mainly discusses the integration level of the third-party logistics enterprises through qualitative analysis and empirical research,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The planning coordination,information integration and operation integration have a significant impact on the supply chain integration services of logistics enterprises;(2)The quality of cooperation between logistics enterprises and customers has an intermediary effect on the relationship between planning coordination and service level.Based on this condition,the authorput forward four strategies to improve supply chain integration service level:(1)Establish strategic partnership with clients to establish a mechanism for consultation and dialogue and coordinate the development of logistics plans;(2)Establishing information integration platform to monitor real-time information of logistics operation;(3)Consolidating the network of logistics operation and improve the supply chain integrated logistics operation system.Overall,the study lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research on supply chain integration services and provides an assessment tool for the third-party logistics enterprises to diagnose the supply chain integration service level,and then provides decision-making reference for logistics enterprises to carry out supply chain integration services.
