Research On Supply Chain Financial Service Capability, Trust And Service Supply Chain Integration

With the country to speed up the adjustment of economic structure, the service industry in the three major industries to highlight the role of more and more important, and has become the largest industry in China. Service supply chain as an important part of modern service industry, to the professional service capabilities, resource integration and coordination embedded into the industrial chain integration process, to the development of the industrial chain to an important role. In the financial service of supply chain, supply chain service enterprise faces the problems how to use Internet technology environment financial suppliers and customers, how to solve financial suppliers and customers of the information asymmetry is established partner trust mechanism by years of partnership and service ability, how to integrate financial supplier resources yearned for the industrial chain of small and medium-sized enterprises to provide services, and service as the foundation construction of service supply chain to ensure that the members of the supply chain information exchange, and the collaborative business and company. At present, there is a research on the integrated supply chain services from the social capital, relationship commitment, logistics services, such as factors, many scholars at home and abroad based on contingency theory of environmental uncertainty were masters of the research. However, the research on the integration of supply chain integration of supply chain financial services capabilities, partners trust and Internet environment is less.Based on the above, this study constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between supply chain financial services capabilities, partner trust and Internet environment uncertainty and service supply chain integration. In the Pearl River Delta region, the survey data of 157 supply chain service enterprises were analyzed, and the hypothesis was verified by the hierarchical regression analysis and adjustment effect test. Research results show that:(1) supply chain financial services capabilities to promote service supply chain integration of external, and trust in the supply chain financial service ability and service supply chain integration relationship with part of the intermediary role.(2) trust can promote the external integration of service supply chain(3) Internet environment uncertainty can promote the service supply chain of external integration and uncertainty of the Internet environment in the conformity between the trust and service supply chain to the regulatory role.The contribution of this paper lies in: This paper discusses the uncertainty of supply chain financial services capabilities, partner trust, Internet environment of service supply chain integration whether there is a significant mechanism, to enrich the academic research of service supply chain integration. Through analyzing the key factors of service supply chain integration, the enterprise has to improve and enhance their own ability, enterprise service supply chain integration to provide reference and decision-making suggestions.
