With China's logistics market open , as a strategic mergers enterprises optimize the allocation of resources, enhance core competitiveness of enterprises in the form of fierce competition in the market environment, and play increasingly important role.Europe and the United States taking a comprehensive look at the logistics giants, there was growth through mergers and acquisitions in the past. According to foreign experience in mergers and acquisitions, M & A target enterprises choice is the key to success. Therefore, China's 3PL enterprises are to improve through the successful acquisition competitiveness, we must make the right choice of target enterprises decision-making.However, the target enterprises of M&A in 3PL enterprises were chosen as assumptions. Based on the thorny issue of in-depth studies, and make full use of theoretical studies, case summarized, statistical analysis, mathematical models, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods, selection of target enterprises reached decisions, China with a view to the successful implementation of logistics enterprises in strategic acquisitions to enhance market competitiveness for reference.This paper has three innovations : In recent years, typical of logistics enterprises in strategic mergers cases the target businesses to choose decision analysis, and the acquisition of State Tai An Database between 1998 -2003 logistics enterprises merger cases statistical analysis, summed up the logistics enterprises in China affected the strategic acquisition target businesses to choose the main factors; According to the strategic choice of acquisition targets enterprises, enterprises of strategic theory, choice of target enterprises decision-making framework; use AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the combination method, make choice of target enterprises quantitative decision-making as science and objective.
