The Research On The Enterprise Informatization Planning Of ChangXin Company

All enterprise must take planning as an important issue before Informatization construction, if lack of planning, many IT trash will be produced after a huge mess, that's why the enterprise can not be benefit from it. The planning should be scientific, serving the enterprise's strategic target, and based on the business practice. Only the later two points are perfect matched, a good Informatization planning can be made, hence the core competivity of the enterprise can be greatly improved. Therefore, planning is considered as the sinfonia or the general program of the whole progress of the enterprise Informatization.Compared to other enterprise, the software enterprise have some advantages to implement the Informatization, however in fact, some misunderstanding still exist within the software enterprise even they are regarded as the leaders and participators of informatization construction, therefore many problems occur during their informatization progress. At present, the whole management level of the Chinese software enterprise is facing more competition since China joined the WTO. So, good planning and successfull implementation become the must action to improve the enterprise'competivity.In this thesis, I study the enterprise informatization planning and put forward an implementation scheme for Changxin company. Firstly, I introduce the development of enterprise informatization in China and analyze the status and why SMEs(small and middle enterprise) especially software enterprise, pay less attention to their informatization construction. Secondly, taking Changxin company as an example, I elucidate its development status, strategic target, competition circumstance,status of informatization, problems and analyze the problems. After a series analysis to enterprise target, business progress, enterprise construction, resource status, I make the principle and the target of its imformatization planning. So an informatization plan is put forward based on system construction design, function design, implementation benefit analysis and risk prevention.The inforatiztion planning in this thesis are based on the good communication with Changxin company, in which the research can be used directly. Also, it can be used as a reference for SMEs especially those software enterprise'informatization construction. What's more, the specific scheme can be improved in future construction progress. Based on all these factors, this thesis is of good practical value.
