In twenty-first Century,the process of business globalization is accelerating,the market competition faced by enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,the enterprise informatizationconstructiondecides the core competitiveness of enterprises,also relates the success or failure of enterprises operation.Asthebasis of the enterprise informatizationconstruction,the foresight,rationality and operability of the enterprise informatization construction planning will directly affect the realization of the enterprise strategic goals.The GT group is a local state-owned investment enterprise,business scope includes investment,finance,real estate,logistics and trade,since the establishment of the group,business has been rapid development,but there are many problems in the enterprise informatization construction,the enterprise informatization construction due to the lack of overall planning,business operation has been seriously restricted,becomes the bottleneck for group's business development.The enterprise informatization planning can help GT group to target the business strategy,is the inevitable choice to solve information system legacy problems.This paper combined with the strategic objectives of theGT group,analysestheenterpriseinformatizationenvironment of internal and external,and then analyzes the present situation of the information system of GT group,through the critical success factors(CSF)to find out the key successfully influence factors to achieve the group's strategic objectives and the existing main problems of theenterpriseinformatization construction.And then through the strategy set transformation(SST)proposed GT group's informatization strategic target,then through the benchmarking analysis,the enterprise business system planning(BSP),the model driven architecture(MDA)presented GT group's information system and implementation plan.Finally,identifying the risks of the GT group informatization construction,the guarantee measures of the GT group informatization construction and the evaluation system of the GT group information system operation effectiveness are put forward.Based on the information construction of GT group,established the GT group's information constructionblueprintin the next 3-5 years,provides guidance and requirements for the construction of information system,at the same time,in view of the planning in the background of the transformation of state-owned enterprise reform,it has higher reference value for theenterprise informatization construction of the local state-owned enterprises.
