The Research Of The Development Of Chinese Automobile Finance Industry

Since the new era, China's automobile industry has been developing very fast. Till 2007, the total sales have exceeded 8.8 million, climbing up to the third automobile country in the world. With the openness of Chinese automobile industry, more and more auto financial capital and advanced auto management skills of the developed countries swarm into Chinese automobile industry. The competition between national auto industry and foreign auto companies becomes very severe. And the focus of the competition is the automobile financial service.Automobile financial service is the ligament and core among the auto manufactories, franchisers, and consumers; it plays a very important role along with the development of the auto industry. Because auto finance is a brand-new field of the Chinese financial industry, building a proper and correct developing pattern is the key to solve the problem of China's automobile financial system.There are five chapters in this article. Chapter one is an introduction,which explains mainly why China should develop automobile financial service, that is to say the important meanings for China to develop a system of automobile financial service. Chapter two is a summary about automobile finance, in which the author defines the automobile finance based on her own understandings, and analyzes the functions of automobile finance and the necessities for China to develop automobile financial service. Chapter three and four introduce and compare the current situations, service providers, and service patterns of foreign countries and China, and point out the main factors that constrain China's development of automobile finance. Chapter five gives the strategies and suggestions about how to develop our country's automobile financial service based on foreign countries'experience and China's economic background.
