Analysis Of Healthy Development Of An Enterprise From The Angle Of Bionics

The key argumentation of this article is that an enterprise may be regarded as a living substance; its ecology has some similarity with living one. Living things of different varieties reserve similar living systems; therefore, an enterprise may also possess corresponding systems. To research and realize various phenomenons of an enterprise and its environment, an enterprise's existence and its persistent growth, through using living's features of varieties as simulation object, will help find out the enterprise's find it's self-defaults and fundamental resolution, thereby provide new visual angles and references for enterprise management.Based on the above argumentation, this article take the Beijing Metropolitan Oasis Management Corp., Ltd. as research object, make comparison with intellectual living things, characterized by human, seeking to establish certain corresponding relations, e.g. brain vs. conception and decision, nerve system vs. information management, muscle vs. implementation, immunity system vs. quality guarantee, breath, digestion and excretion system vs. metabolism, leg vs. stability and development ability, hand vs. production and innovation ability and evolution vs. organization change, etc. This article put forward some new points of view based on the current research on enterprise bionics, also provide some further instances through analysis combining theory and practice, hope it may promote further development of this subject and provide references for healthy development of an enterprise from the angle of bionics.
