Research On The Development Strategy Of Urban Agriculture In Jiangjin Chongqing

Urban agriculture produced in the city has a high level of radiation metropolitan area and its surrounding areas. Follow the development of agriculture and urban economic and ecological benefits, social benefits of integrating the principles of sustainable development to urban civilization as the basis, to market demand-oriented city, to co-ordinate the development of urban and rural development goals, using the city's advanced productive forces and developed The organization of science and technology as a means of agricultural production and business activities.The urban agriculture is modernagriculture trend,and gradually becomes the research hotspot of agricultural economy.As China's urbanization process entered the stage of rapid development, there are a series of problems of economic, social, environment, population. Urban Agriculture has a unique economic features, ecological functions and social functions .Then, Urban agricultur is an effective way and the inevitable choice to coordinating urban and rural economic and social, to achieve integration of urban and rural areas, to solve the "three rural" issue, to co-ordinate the development of harmony between man and nature, to build a harmonious society and achieving an affluent society.This paper on the basis of literature review, makes analyze on the development strategy of urban agriculture in Jiangjin Chongqing.It includes six parts:Part one is preface, includes the background of the article and the significance of study, study process about the subject, and the target, content, method of study.Part two introduce essential theories of urban agriculture.Part three utilizes the SWOT strategic analysis framework to systematically analyze the strengths, weakness,opportunities and threats for developing urban agriculture.It concludes that Jiangjin not only has a advantage in agricultural resources,natural environment,agriculture industrialization, excellent geographical location, tourism and leisure agriculture,but also has a good polity environment changes,strong economic strength, and good technicalsupport as external conditions.In addition,this paper also analyzes the weaknesses and threats for developing urban agriculture in Jiangjin District,such as,land reserve, regional economic development imbalances,agriculture marginalization,regional agricultural competitiveness in delta,andsocial service system.Part four introduce proposes the strategic guiding principle and objectives for developing urban agriculture, how to formulate the development strategy of urban agriculture in Jiangjin Chongqing.Part five systematically analyzes the formulation and implementation process of policies about urban agriculture,and proposes thepolicy measures for ensuring the implementation of the development strategy of urban agriculture in Yinzhou District from the aspects of politic advise and focused strategy.Part six sums up study conclusions and productions.
