Strategy Research On Modernization Agriculture Development Of Changchun

The Strategy Research on Development of Modernization Agriculture of Changchun Government is a soft science essay with reference to my working experience and three year study in the Institute of Political Science and Law. The main purpose of the essay is to make a target-oriented research and breakthrough the situation of more modernization agriculture theory, more contrastive analysis on present situation and more technical applied research for single purpose rather than comprehensive applied research.The idea of this research came to my mind in June 2007, and followed by three stages. The first stage is to collect the relative materials, to finally decide the main idea of the essay, and to prepare the compendium from June to July 2007. The second stage is to make site investigation from July to October 2007. I went to some counties, districts, bases and enterprises of Changchun for investigating agricultural sources, agriculture and rural development. At the same time, 1 got the first hand materials through internet, documentations and site investigation, which paved the road for writing the essay. The third stage is to organize the essay from April 2007 to March 2008. On the basis of investigation, I started to write the essay and make a further discussion on development of modernization agriculture, and finished the first draft in the beginning of 2008. With reference to my tutors, I have revised the essay three times before finally finished it.The essay is the synthesis of the newest research result of modernization agriculture at both home and abroad. It breakthroughs the limitation of mainly descriptive analysis of domestic modernization agriculture research, has realized the reasonable control and quantification analysis of degree of modernization agriculture development, and also has introduced the recent year experiences of agricultural restructuring, biological agricultural development, agricultural modernization development, transfer of rural surplus labors, development of agricultural social service system and formalization management of agricultural land, which will provide policy-making reference to modernization agriculture development plan of Changchun.
