In this paper, including the literature review, a total of six chapters constitute, in the literature review some of the major eco-tourism on the background, concepts, sustainable development and ecological characteristics of the evaluation of the theory, reviewed the course of study at home and abroad such as in the article, On the theme of the paper's methodology, technology routes were introduced. Concerning data is obtained and conformed and relevant data is filtered by consulting the expertise, thus the evaluating index system of the development of sustainable ecotourism is constructed. This system contains 31 factors .Second, the weighting of the indexes is pined down by analyzing administrative level. The evaluating standard of sustainable development of ecotourism is established by consulting the expertise and conforming the data in accordance with the standard of the People's Republic of China. And the evaluating mode of sustainable development of ecotourism is constructed by adopting multiple objectives analysis of linear weighting function method.
