Financing problem is the key point of business management, and finance decision is any enterprise core to manage the decision. Around the financing decision, the management system will resolve all kinds of business management form problems by the root.From setting up an enterprise to operating it, enterprise must hold and control the certain quantity capital. For this reason, whether enterprise can make reasonable, appropriate financing decisions or not that will affect the enterprise to operate in the future.
