Along with China successfully enter into the WTO, Chinese enterprise are facing the unprecedented opportunity and challenging. Competition will be gradually furious and the economic environment will be more complicated, which bring up to China enterprise decision makers more, higher and more vivid decision request. On the enterprise's supply chain, the funds flow is on the pivotal place. All kinds of business activities are all around a core that is business enterprise value maximizing or the best financial status. Financing problem is the key point of business management, and finance decision is any enterprise core to manage the decision. Around the financing decision, the management system will resolve all kinds of business management form problems by the root.From setting up an enterprise to operating it, enterprise must hold and control the certain quantity capital. For this reason, whether enterprise can make reasonable, appropriate financing decisions or not that will affect the enterprise to operate in the future. In addition, because the model can provide the decision maker the ability to expand, contrast existent construction to analyze the problem. Therefore, this thesis proceeds with financing models to design a Financing Decision Support System based on the object-oriented (00) technology, which can aid enterprise financing decision makers to make right financing decision in time.This text melts into the information technique and modern management thought, lays emphasis to Financing Decision System theoretic study which, I believe, will have the inspire meaning to all the follow-up development work, other part of the accounting decision support system and the whole enterprise DSS design work.
