Research On Agricultural Support Object Selection Of Decision Support Technology

With the development of the times and the increasingly complexity of those problems to be solved,decision support technology,which is based on computer science,operations science,statistics and applied mathematics,is rapidly developing with the drive of overall need,dealing with a series of significantly decision support problems.To propel the agriculture development,completely make use of the special financial assistance fund and take supportive measures to develop projects that can not only take fully advantages of resources but also benefit farmers nearby,and achieved goals that propel the agriculture structure to be optimized and the output along with money to be increased,the agricultural development sector needs to make appropriate decisions,which means picking out the best one.However,there are many problems in selection of the agriculture support objects.Firstly,we have to judge several qualities.Different qualities have different effects on the project,good or bad.Secondly,the describe of the reporting project made by the project application unit is not clear enough and appears vague.Thirdly,reporting materials of the project is incomplete and lack of standardization,leading to a poor structure.Therefore,taking advantages of those mature theories and methods to lead the options of agriculture support projects of our country has become a trend.This paper applied decision support technology to agriculture support object selection in order to improve the decision making ability of the decision maker.After reading plenty of literatures,this paper had a general understanding of decision support technology and agricultural support object.And by means of investigating and summarizing those used working experience,it began to establish a new system of the agriculture support object selection.Through comparing and analysing various methods to solve the problems about multi-attribute decision,it decided to use the analytic hierarchy process to establish the model of agriculture support object selection and optimize the model by fuzzy number and entropy,making it more scientific and effective.According to the model,the united agriculture development business platform was built and finally achieved manage the whole process from begin to the end.Compared with other agriculture information system,this one has the module of project decision,making it possibly to take projects chosen in order by quality.This paper took three finished agriculture project as examples.Using model and decision module to make decisions and comparing with the actual outcome,it got the same results,proving the availability and scientificalness of the chosen model and the developed system,achieving the aim that improve the decision-making.The theory in this paper works well in the practical use and achieve the expected target.
