The Research On Lack Of Finance Of Small And Medium Size Enterprises

Small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) mean the enterprises that run on a smaller scale than the big enterprises. They are a part of business system and make significant contributions to employment,income and the economic reform as well as the technical innovation of China.Lack of finance is one of the important problem of SMEs and is seriously conditioning their development. Through a large number of data, this paper presents a survey on the objective financial reality of SMEs', analyses their financial characteristic and tendency at the angle of both supply and demand and points out that lack of finance is essentially the imbalance of supply and demand. After making a systematic study on the factors leading to financial difficulty of SMEs at the different angles such as business,banks,financial market,social environment,law, we establish the view that the reason of lack of finance is not single but varied, and the basic method to solve it is to found an efficient financial system of SMEs.
