In its globalization development, the capital has successfully pushed the development and fusion of the economy, but also brought huge risk and problem. It is very important for the economic safety of a country to manage the international capital flow. Along with the deepen of the economic globalization, the global management strategy of the multinational company becomes the important factor that influences the international capital flow. So the management of the multinational company is part of the valid management of international capital flow.In recent years, China exceeds the United States to become the nation which attracts the most foreign capital in the world, how to manage such huge international capital flow is a problem that need urgently resolved.This article comprehensively analyses the influence factor of the international capital flow, and select some relative economical variable data in recent years of our country, using SPSS software to carry on the factor analysis for our country's international capital flow. Analyze the impetus function of the multinational corporation to the international capital flow, then put forward the policy proposals to solve the problems existed in multinational corporations'capital flow in our country.This article consists of four parts. The first part summarizes the related questions to the international capital flow, expounds the concept, the type and global development tendency and characteristic of the international capital flow. The function and risk international capital flow produces have carried on in the analysis, and on the foundation of the preceding research, theoretical analysis to different factors of each international capital flow form is making.The second part analyzes the influence factor of international capital flow by evidence. Using the factor analysis method, obtains the conclusion that long-term factor which attracts foreign investment influences the international capital flow most obviously, and such influences are made just through the influence to multinational corporations' investment decision-making. Obviously, the multinational corporation plays a vital role in international capital flow.The third part summarizes the present situation of our country's international capital flow, elaborates the relationship between the multinational corporations and the international capital flow, and points out the problems in our country's multinational corporation international capital flow.The fourth part puts forward the policy proposal to the management of our country's international capital flow of multinational corporation.
