| Organizational commitment (OC) is a very important problem in the research of the relation between the employee and the organization, and is very crucial to the survival and development of any organization. Based on the precedent's study of Employees' OC, we conducted a demonstration research of employee's OC on state-owned enterprises by means of questionnaire, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The main content and the results of this paper showed as follows:Firstly, this paper intruduced the signification, the structure model, the theory pattern and the survey means of OC, discussed the signification of OC deeply, put forward the personal concept of the"Organizational Commitment".Secondly, this paper investigated the status of state-owned enterprises employee's OC and employment performance, analysed the trait of state-owned enterprises employee's OC, and discovered that there is an obviously minus correlativity between the choice commitment and the collectivity commitment and other commitments.Moreover summarized and analysed the cause of formtion of the different trait of Chinese enterprises employee's OC from the West by combine the civilization and the society realism of China.Thirdly, this paper confirmed the relative importance degree of the influence factors of state-owned enterprises employee's OC by means of AHP, and discovered that wage and welfare is the chief influence factor for employee'OC, the second factor is corporation civilization and development foreground, the third factor is enterprise achievement, the fourth factor is the work and life support from their organization, the fifth factor is the choice of employee's alternatives for another job.Fourthly, this paper studied the relation between the employee's OC and employment performance by means of the correlation and regression analysis, and then educed conclusion as follow: (1) there is obviously positive correlativity between employee's collectivity commitment , the ideal commitment, the economic commitment ,the affective commitment, the normative commitment and their employment performance; (2)there is obviously minus correlativity between the employee's choice commitment and their employment performance.Fifthly, this paper analysed state-owned enterprises employee's OC and its influence factors by means of ERG theory and the Bi-element theory, then combined the status of state-owned enterprises employee's OC, put forword some management countermeasures and advices about state-owned enterprises employee's OC, such as increasing corporation bylaw management, actualizing humanism management energetically, founding characteristic corporation culture, considering train as employee'welfare, founding effective salary and welfare system, strengthening corporation performance management, programming employee's work career in reason, making corporation promotion system healthiness, founding expedite information communicated channel and the supervising and cortroling system of corporation employee's OC, etc. |
