The bank restoration is one kind of new management pattern which is puoposed by American Banking circles in 1990s.It requires the bank to give up dividing the work of function type,redesign the management mode and business procedure of the bank in virtue of the modern information technology. It causes the bank to have core competitive power and to obtaining the sustainable competitive advantage.According to American Banking circles' restoration empirical data demonstration , the restoration can bring the raise of the property returns ratio and the capital returns ratio as well as the reduce of the cost compared with income on average .The fact prove that more than 70% of the unnecessary work of traditional business flow can be subtracted by bank rebuilding.Doing so not only can merelt save the cost greatly,but also can make more than 80% of the evertdat control workflow.It can make the bank's organizational stsem more flexible and meet the service demand that the customer is improving constantly. After contrasts we analysis the reason of the problem from the angle of three level's achievement improvement theory and elabrotes the three level's achievement improvement method which takes flow as core.This part puts up the new angle and reference method to rebuild the business flow of commercial bank.Finally we choose Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the example,according to analyze its rebuilding of credit procedure,this part offers the advisory opinion about the rebuilding of the business flow of our commercial bank.
