The Theoretical And Empirical Study Of International Service Outsourcing

Recent years, international service outsourcing has developed rapidly with the globalization and the development of information technology. Many companies choose it as a strategic to improve their core competitiveness. It also has promoted a new round of global industrial transfer. International service outsourcing has become one link of the value chain and a way to increase the strategic value of enterprises.For China, it is an opportunities but also challenge. Based on the study of international outsourcing of services, we explain the motives behind this phenomenon in recent years, the trend of the outsourcing and the impact to the respective home countries and the host country. This will allow us to study the new type of business model more clearly based on the economic globalization. Then China should attach great importance to the strategic development of the world economy, in light of its own characteristics, constructing a system to undertake service outsourcing strategy, take full advantage of this international trend to increase employment opportunities for our citizens, upgrading the industrial structure, develop the national economy.We take Qingdao as an example, anylyzed the transfer of services in the international environment, the opportunities and challenges Qingdao may face to undertake service outsourcing and the advantages and disadvantages. Finally, according to the above analysis, we try to make some proposal about the development of international services outsourcing industry. Therefore, this study is of great practical significance.The main structural parts:The first part will include the following description , the definition of outsourcing services, content type, as well as the drivers, and trends of international service outsourcing.The second part, outsourcing services will be based on the basis of economics and management. Outsourcing services from the perspective of the following reasons: economics division of labor theory , core competence theory and the transaction cost theory.PartⅢ. Describe the economic impact on the outsourcing contracts and the host country on. It can effect the countries in the following areas: economic growth; employment; readjustment of the industrial structure and enhance our competitive edge and so on.PartⅣ.
