Research Of Undertaking International Service Outsourcing Problems Of China

Currently, the world is in a critical period of economic transformation, China is developing the international service outsourcing business rapidly. The current countries of global development of international service outsourcing are generally in echelon form, the major contracting countries are Europe, the United States and Japan. India is a typical country which is undertake high value-added outsourcing, the Philippines and China are mainly typical countries which undertake low value-added services, but they are different in the content of the service outsourcing business, competitive and the development direction in the future. Therefore, it’s greatly significance of developing China’s service outsourcing industry which is about how to learn from the experience of other countries in the success of the service outsourcing industry to guide our development, find the main factors that affecting our international service outsourcing industry, find the suitable strategic direction and countermeasures for future development of China’s service outsourcing business.In recent years, our international service outsourcing business is increasingly rich in the content, as the country of accessing package, the main contracting counties and projects we selected has changed. The international service outsourcing business volume has been an upward trend since2003, since we access in the WTO, there is a clear upward trend during the2008-2009, and then it’s showing a rapid increase in momentum. Although in recent years, China’s service outsourcing is successful in business volume and content, but we still need to analysis of competitive advantages and several key indicators of the impact of China’s service outsourcing development. We compare China and India which is more advanced and Philippines, analysis of the important factors that affect the international service outsourcing by using SWOT analysis model and the diamond model, then, we analysis of the impact of various factors on service outsourcing business influence through simple mathematical model design, and find the main factors by qualitative analysis. After that, we select a certain indicator variables based on these factors, and use some econometric tools to estimate the extent of the various factors on China’s service outsourcing business specifically in empirical analysis. Finally, based on the content analysis of the qualitative analysis and empirical results, we find the policy support, outsourcing, business management skills and corporate brands, intellectual property protection, support for capital investment and other sectors, market demand and so on are all the important factors which are affecting our country to undertake international service outsourcing, then we put forward some corresponding measures in the end of the article.
