Research On The Circular Economy Development Rules Of The Coal Enterprise

With the development of industrial economy and science technology, social economy has developed more quickly than ever. This mainly represent that industrial materials, labour force and soil resource enlarges quickly. At the same times, economy developed at the cost of sacrifice of environment and resource. In order to seek the continuable development of population, resource, economy, society and environment, many national and foreign scholars point out that development of circular economy is an available approach. This paper mainly contain four parts.The first part shows basic theories of circular economy, mainly contain the coming into being and development of circular economy, the theory base, basic meaning, principle, basic system, basic measures and approaches.The second part mainly analyses characteristics, produce status, consumption status and the problems of China coal produce.The third part mainly studies the coal diggings development rules, mainly contains basic actuality, social development rules, economy development rules, industry development rules and zoology development rules.The fourth part is an example of Yanzhou coal group. This part analyze the economy, society development actuality, coal industry development status of this coal digging. Then this part analyze stratagem and layout of Yanzhou coal group developing circular economy.
