Study On The Implementation Method And Technique Of Cleaner Production In Coal Enterprise

The coal industry is one of basic industries in our country, and also an industry that causes much serious pollution and damage to the environment around. It gets a series environmental and ecological problems, while the coal were extracted and used, such as the surface subsidence caused by coal mining, gangue, waste gas, waste water and powder. They not only pollute the environment around the mining area, but also waste lots of resources. With the development of the circular economy, the sustainable development of coal enterprise gets more and more attention. So people bring the conception of cleaner production into coal industry recently, in order to reduce the influence caused by coal mining on the environment and the availability of resources.This paper analyses the main characteristic of coal enterprise and the mail problems in the practice process of cleaner production in coal enterprise, using the main theory of cleaner production, combining the environmental influence cause by coal mining and the utilization of resources and energy; it also systemically discusses the main practice channel of cleaner production in coal enterprise, as mine planning, cleaner production technology, clean coal technology, the water utilization, the utilization of solid waste and waste gas, the prevention of soil damage, energy utilization, material utilization, the associated mineral utilization and management.It also brings the theory of material balance to coal enterprise successfully and analyses the input and output flow of 9 aspects, such as coal reserves and extracting, coal washing, the gangue production and utilization, the waste gas emission, the extracting and utilization of associated mineral, water utilization, material utilization, energy utilization, and the damage on the soil, and builds the models of balance, which provide methodological baseless for cleaner production practice.Meanwhile, combining the condition of Zhaizhen colliery, it studies the cleanerproduction technologies under complex geological conditions------the technique of rapidlythrough faultage in work face without gangue and mixed roof control technique in work face, and introduces the research and application on the wall falling control and the wall falling protection equipment, which provide technical method for cleaner production application and popularization.
